Custom-made rugs are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned.
3. Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery for ready-made rugs.
The item must meet the same eligibility criteria as for returns.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your rug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photographs of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
5. Return Process:

Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or defective.
6. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
